Nebrê is a king of the thinite. He succeeded Hotepsekhemoui. Manéthon calls it Kajechos and counts thirty-nine years of reign to him.
One locates his reign of -2820 at -2790. It is known that the reign of Hotepsekhemoui more that of Nebrê gives one forty years period.
He is the first king to be attached to the god Re.
It is surely buried with Saqqarah. P. Munro suggests that the gallery-tomb “B”, to Saqqarah, belonged to Nebrê and not to Hotepsekhemoui as that is often marked.
