Neal Broten

Neal LaMoy Broten (born the November 29th 1959 with Reed in the Minnesota with the the United States) is a former professional player of Hockey. He is the older brother of two other professional players of hockey: Aaron and Paul.

Career

He begins his career in the university championship with the Golden Gopher of the Université of Minnesota in 1978. Under the direction of Herb Brooks, it gains championship NCAA and carries out four decisive master keys during the same period, a record of NCAA which always holds.

Following this first season, it takes part in the fishing out of entry in the National league of hockey and is selected at the time of the third turn by the North Stars of Minnesota (42e choice on the whole).
