Navin Ramgoolam

Born the July 13rd 1947, Navinchandra Ramgoolam usually says Navin Ramgoolam is a politician Mauritian and current the Prime Minister of the Republic of Maurice since the July 5th 2005.

Leader of the workers party Mauritian, he is the son of the “father of independence” Mauritian Seewoosagur Ramgoolam.

He was already Prime Minister for the Republic of Maurice of 1995 with 2000. He beats the Mouvement Militant Mauritian of Paul Bérenger at the time of the legislative ones of July 3rd, 2005.

Navin Ramgoolam was high with the rank of Large Officer of the Legion of Honor by the president of the French Republic Jacques Chirac at the time of her visit in France in March 2006.
