Natural agriculture
The natural Agriculture is a husbandry worked out by Masanobu Fukuoka. She preaches the idea that nature must remain free of any human interference and intervention.
The natural Agriculture is based on four basic principles:
-
No tilling
- No fertilizers
- No weeding
- No pesticides
According to Masanobu Fukuoka, nature in its infinite complexity provides all the necessary tools to a rich agricultural production without the man not being obliged to do anything.
Its observations and experiments on rice fields and orchards of the south of the Japan showed that he managed to obtain outputs equal or higher than those of the scientific Agriculture modern or said.
