The natural raid is an activity Sport ive which can take various forms. It is generally about a race running itself over one or more days, within a natural framework. This raid is very often done equips some (from 2 to 5 in general) and combines various disciplines.

According to the raids, one can meet thus there:

• Canoe and Kayak;

A raid proceeds according to several principles. There are tests and stages. The tests are for example the shooting with the arc or the climbing which proceed with a precise place, and the stages are the connections between the tests. These stages are generally carried out in VTT and make several tens of kilometers. Either it is enough (using a chart) to connect two points (two tests), or it is necessary to pass by beacons equipped with Poinçon (different for each beacon); in this case, the teams have a heel of control and punch this heel of control to make validate their passages. Certain organizations also have of numbers or bracelets equipped with electronic chips (the principle remains the same one).
