Natixis

Natixis is the banks of financing and investment common of the Group Savings bank and of the Group Banque Populaire.

History

In March 2006, in France, the Group Savings bank and the Group Banque Populaire respectively announce a project of conciliation of their banks of investment (: IXIS Corporate & Investment Bank resulting from the Deposit and consignment office and Natexis Banques Populaires) and their principal filiales.
The new entity took the name of Natixis and its quotation in Bourse was officialized at the end of November 2006.
