National union of the colleges and colleges
The national union of the colleges and colleges ( SNALC ) is a trade union of secondary schoolteachers. Rather of right-hand side, it is affiliated with the Trade-union confederation of State education.
History
The origin of the SNALC goes back to 1905, doing of him one of the oldest French trade union teaching. In 1937, the SNALC refuses to amalgamate with the CGT during the creation of SNES. In 1947, it adheres to the General confederation executives, until 1978 following divergences compared to the Loi Haby. In the years 1960-70, the SNALC denounces regularly the application of the Plan Langevin-Walloon. In 1984, it is at the origin of the creation of CSEN.It counts today 14.000 adhering.
