National republican movement for the democracy and the development
The national Republican movement for the democracy and the development ( MRND ) is old political party Rwandan. Composed as a majority of Hutu, the MRND held the capacity of 1975 with 1994, under the president Juvénal Habyarimana.
After the death of Habyarimana in April 1994, the elements extremists of the party became the principal architects of the Rwandan genocide. The MRND was proscribed after armies of the rebels RPF conquered Rwanda, carried out by Paul Kagame.
