National park of Vilsandi

The National park of Vilsandi is a national park of Estonia, located on the island of Vilsandi. Born from an avian reserve in 1910, it is a very significant ecosystem, mainly due to the fact that it is used by many species of migratory birds like place of reproduction and of broods. Hunting is formally prohibited there. This park is a popular tourist destination not only among the Estonian population, but also among the Finns, which visit Estonia more and more.
