National park of Kahurangi
The national park of Kahurangi is located at the North-West of the island of the South of the New Zealand. Founded in 1996, it has a surface of: 4515, doing it the second largest national park of the country. Before the year of its foundation it belonged to the North West Nelson Forest Park .
One finds the Point Kahurangi there, seen like the border between the areas of the west coast and Tasman. It exists a footpath there, the Heaphy Track, and the Mont Owen.
The visitors make there Trekking, Rafting, and Spéléologie.
