National park of Gunung Mulu
The national park of Gungung Mulu , founded in 1974, is located at Sarawak, in the Borneo Malayan at the border with the Brunei. It is on the Liste of the world heritage of the UNESCO since 2000 for its fauna and exceptional tropical flora, like its Caverne S and Karst S. It is named in honor of the Mont Mulu, the highest peak of Sarawak.
One finds there the enclosure closed natural largest of the world, the Caverne of Sarawak, large a 700 m length cave, 396 m broad, and 70 m in height, as well as other famous caves, of which the Caverne of Benarat, cave of the stag , cave of the wind , and cave of clear water , which shelters an underground river.
The tourists can remain there in a hotel or at the HQ of the park. It is at 30 minutes of flight of the airport of Miri and at approximately 12 hours per river transport.
