National movement of Québécois and the Inhabitants of Quebec
The National movement of Québécois and the Inhabitants of Quebec (MNQ) is a regrouping of patriotic companies Québécois. It has the role of promoting and of defending the language French E, the sovereignty of Quebec and the national pride.
Founded in 1947, the MNQ gathers 19 national companies and Saint-Jean-Baptist divided in the various areas of Quebec. Since 1984, the MNQ responsible for the coordination of is activitées of the national Festival.
