National grouping of defense of the Russian dematerialized title and stockholders
The national Grouping of defense of the Russian dematerialized title and stockholders was chaired by François Bayle.
Association was defined as “ a dynamic team which defends the interests of the investors in obligations. We act as refunding of the loans of French and foreign state ”.
Its action related primarily to the old foreign bond titles with, in particular, the loans Russian S, Othoman Chinese and S.
The GNDPTR whose last address was street of Moscow with Paris, disappeared in 2002. Former members joined those of the AFPER which works with the imminent revival of their association (July 2007) and gathered on the site of the Union of the Russian carriers of loans, only active site in France at this address: http://empruntsrusses.winnerbb.com on which any carrier east invites has to be recorded (it is free) in order to be automatically formless important news on this file which is quite alive and could same evolve/move soon.
