National front of youth

The National front of youth (FNJ) is a Youth movement affiliated with the National front. He asserts 9.000 members.

General information

Founded in 1973, it is chaired by Marine Le Pen and is directed by Alexandre Ayroulet, current national director, to replace Arnaud Fréry. The national position of director often giving access to a station of framework the National front, many former directors count among the leaders of the FN: Christian Baeckeroot (first director), Carl Lang, Martial Bild and Samuel Marshal. This rule has nevertheless exceptions: Guillaume Luyt with him selected to join the movement of extreme right-hand side identity Block and Guillaume Peltier became general secretary of the young people of MNR, then MPF. The positions of the FNJ are often more radical than those of the FN, which is a general tendency for the youth movements affiliated to political parties.

One allots to the FNJ a certain number of actions: creation of the ARPEJ (Association aiming at recruiting young unemployed), sale of Z' Card and lighters, intrusion and illegal occupation of the Ministry for Youth and Sports as well as seat of the PCF, disturbances of student living rooms, inauguration of the Quay François Mitterrand, offensive on the forums Internet, attempt at influence on the movement Scout.

Like any political movement, the FNJ is devoted to the ideological training of its members like to the diffusion of its ideas.

The FNJ would support the organization coed Rassemblement studied of right-hand side (RED).

Summer school

The members of the FNJ gather annually in “summer school” during one week, to be formed with the militancy and to discuss subjects of company such as immigration, the taxation or the bioethics. These gatherings are compared by certain with camps of paramilitary drive, because of the sports activities suggested.
