National federation of the milk producers
The National federation of the milk producers , or FNPL , is one of the specialized associations of FNSEA created in 1946. It gathers the whole of the adherent milk producers with the FNSEA via the departmental and regional sections dairy.
The FNPL represents the milk producers near the French and European public authorities. For this reason, its persons in charge take part in all work and meetings affecting the French dairy production and on the income of the milk producers.
The FNPL sits in the national structures (CNIEL, Onilait, National confederation of the Breeding, Institut of the Breeding.) and international (COPA in Brussels, WIRE).
The FNPL provides to its members the elements of formation and information enabling them to lead trade-union animation near the producers, as well at the departmental level as regional.
The principal files are the regulation and the management of the dairy quotas, the price of milk, the European dairy policy, the quality of milk, etc
