National diploma of technology specialized

Created in 1994, the national diploma of technology specialized (in summary DNTS) is a national diploma of French higher education with professional purpose created by decree 94-959 and governed on an experimental basis by. It is intended particularly to the holders of a Advanced vocational diploma or a University degree of technology which wish to continue their studies by one year of complementary specialization. Threatened of suppression in 1996 and called into question by the creation of the professional License installed on its crenel, this diploma is maintained for the moment in the French university landscape.
