The National company for the Inheritance of the Headlights and Balises was founded in November 2002 by Marc Pointud following the report of the very bad condition of this inheritance in France. Quickly of many amateurs of headlights, personalities and professionals of the sea joined this movement.

The objectives of the S.N.P.B aim at the inheritance of the headlights and beacons under all its material and immaterial representations. Association is of general interest and for this reason can deliver a tax receipt with the givers allowing them déficaliser up to 60% of their gift.
