National center for the installation of the structures of the farms

The National center for the installation of the structures of the farms (CNASEA) is a public corporation, French, State placed under the supervision of the Ministères of agriculture and fishing, of employment and of the social affairs.

It is managed by a board of directors, composed of a president, designated by decree in the Council of Ministers and of 20 other members including/understanding with equal share of the representatives of principal the agricultural Professional organizations and the administration. Also sit at the board of directors, with advisory voices, the government commissioner, the managing director, the accountant, and the controller of State.

The CNASEA intervenes in two principal fields which are:

  • agriculture, rural development and environment, by the payment of the territorial contracts of exploitation (replaced since 2003 by the contracts of durable agriculture, assistance with the installation of the farmers, development programs and of development of the rural world, etc;
  • professional training and employment, in particular by the payment of measurements in favor of employment (Contract Employment Solidarity, Employment-young person, Contract employment consolidated, etc).

This establishment gathers approximately 1.800 paid. Its seat is with Limoges (87 - High Vienna) and it has 27 regional delegations including in the Overseas departments.

The CNASEA works in collaboration at the departmental level with the departmental associations for the installation of the structures of the farms ( ADASEA ), which relay its action near the buildings.
