National association for the continuing education of hospital staff

The National association for the continuing education of hospital staff (ANFH) is an association allowing the training of hospital staff.

This association gathers 2259 public corporations Santé, social and medico-social members and their personnel which represents approximately 700.000 paid. The ANFH manages the management of the funds poured with the title of continuing education as well as the devices of the Congé of professional training (CFP) and of the assessment of competences.

The ANFH takes part in needs for Formation of the personnel according to the Décrét N° 90-319 modified of April 5th, 1990 relating to the continuing professional education of the agents of the Public office hospital with the Official journal (OJ) of 10-April-1990.

These formations are ensured thanks to the funds resolved by the establishments the title of continuing professional education (contribution obligatory of 1%) and of the leave of professional training (obligatory contribution of 0.20%).
