Under L143-3 article of the Code of the Social security, the national Court of the incapacity and tariffing of the insurance of the industrial accidents are composed:

of a president, magistrate of the seat of the Court of Appeal in the spring of which the Court national of the incapacity and the tariffing of the insurance of the industrial accidents has its seat, appointed for three years in the forms planned for the nomination of the magistrates of the seat
presidents of section, magistrates of the seat of the aforesaid the Court of Appeal indicated for three years per ordinance of the first president taken with their assent and after opinion of the general meeting of the magistrates of the seat
assessors representing the paid workers, on the one hand, and the employers or free lances, on the other hand.
