The article R111-25 CESEDA lays out: “ the National Commission of control of the centers and buildings of administrative retention and of the areas waiting is an advisory commission, placed near the Minister of Interior Department, charged with taking care of the respect of the right from abroad maintained in these places pursuant to the articles L. 221-1 or L. 551-1 and of the respect of the standards relating to hygiene, the health, safety, the equipment and the installation of these places. ”
