National-Hebdo
National-Hebdo is the Hebdomadaire “semi-official” of the National front, having its buildings with the “Steamer”, the seat even of this formation. It was created in 1984.
The leading line sticks very close to the positions defended by the FN.
The publication director of National-Hebdo is Jean-Claude Varanne. The director of the drafting and leader-writer is Yves Daoudal, since the beginning of 1999. He succeeded Serge de Beketch (1985-1986), Roland Gaucher (1986-1993), Martin Peltier (1993-1998) and Jean Bourdier (1998-1999). Until 1998, the leader-writer high-speed motorboat of the newspaper was François Brigneau, which left the newspaper following the crisis between Jean-Marie Le Pen and Bruno Mégret.
