Nassim Hassanpour
Nassim Hassanpour ناسيمحسنپور , is an athlete Iran ienne originating in Tabriz (province of Azerbaijan-e-sharghi (of the east)), practitioner the Gymnastique and the shooting.
Laid off sporting club Enqelāb with Teheran, it marked the international topicality in 2004, being the only sporting one in the delegation of athletes representing the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Olympic Games of Athens, selected for the contest of shooting to the gun with 10m. Being then 19 years old, it was also the youngest athlete of the delegation.
The sporting practice of the shooting not being génée by the port of the Hijab, the Iranian women practitioner this sport can thus take part in international competitions. The female sport in Iran, indeed requires the port of the Islamic behavior in the public places or mixed, the female athletes practitioner of the sports requiring a specific behavior (tennis, gymnastics) are indeed to authorize to practice their sports only in rooms closed apart from any male presence. These conditions cannot be realized at the time of international competitions, which limits their field of participation in only national competitions or the Islamic Female Plays. Nassim Hassanpour cannot thus contribute to the Olympic Games in gymnastics, its principal sport.
