Napoleon Daru (June 11th 1807 with Paris - June 20th 1890 with Paris) is a military man and French politician.
Wire of Pierre Daru, godson of Napoleon and Joséphine, it makes his studies with the Louis-the-Large Lycée, then with the Polytechnic school and the Military academy of application of Metz. Become artillery second lieutenant in 1830, it takes part in the countryside of Algeria. It is Pair of France in 1833, member of the National Assembly in 1848 and 1849, member of the Academy of Science morals and political in 1860, appointed Manche in 1869 and 1871, Foreign Minister in the cabinet Emile Ollivier in 1870, and senator of the English Channel between 1876 and 1879.
