Named contract
The contract named is a Contrat of everyday usage; for this reason, it is qualified and regulated by the Loi (Vente, lease, deposit, Assurance…).
The named contracts have a name and are known by the law which fixes their legal mode and organizes them.
Parts with a named contract which would not have detailed their engagements then will be able to refer to the Civil code which will come to compensate for it.
This type of contract is found in the field of the Civil law and in the Commercial law
