Naim Noor Khan is an islamist terrorist stopped in June 2004, with Lahore, the Pakistan. It is an engineer pakistano-British, near to Abou Faraj Al-Libbi, person in charge of external operations, since April 2004 and stopped with the Pakistan the May 3rd, 2005.

It is stopped in company of Khalfan Gailani, sought since the attacks of 1998 in Africa. On the hard drives of their computers, two plans of attack:

  • one against the seats of the the IMF and the the World Bank to Washington;
  • the other against the subway of London, whose precision of the locations carried out and information collected, had led the British antiterrorist services to carry out a large wave of arrests in the islamist mediums Pakistani of the “Londonistan”.
