Nacer Khémir
Nacer Khémir (rear RTL النّاصرخمير), born in 1948 with Korba, is a storyteller, writer and realizer Tunisia N.
Very early rocked by the universe the Tale, it obtains a purse of UNESCO to study the Cinéma with Paris. In 1972, it leaves to research the storytellers in the Médina Tunis and this work of collection will inspire 4 films to him.
It is in 1975 with the publication of Ogresse , a calligraphic tale, that it takes part in France in the revival of the tale, in particular by initiating workshops of training of storytellers. Contemporary storyteller, it is located in the tradition of the storytellers of the East and gives to understand adaptations of the tales resulting from the oral tradition of his native Tunisia. In 1982 and 1988, it tells during one month Thousand and One Nights with the National theater of Chaillot in Paris: 25 hours of account (a history by evening) in a Scenography of Yannis Kokkos.
Its collection the thousand and one jokes of Nacer Khémir returns directly to the tales of the Thousand and One Nights . The author refers there in his Interview S like one of the most important memories of his childhood.
Draftsman and sculptor, he is also calligrapher and exposes his work, in particular with the Center Pompidou in 1980 and with the Salon of the book and the press youth of Montreuil.
