NF-Board
The NF-Board (New Federation-Board) is an international federation of Football gathering teams not recognized by FIFA. It was founded the December 12th 2003 by Jean-Luc Kit, president and founder of the world Observatory of football.
The NF Board deals with the coordination of the matches of its various members and will organize in November 2006 the first Viva World Cup, with Hyères, in the south of France France (competition which takes again the principles of the world cup but strictly reserved to teams not FIFA).
Any entity or country not recognized on the international plan can become member. The leitmotiv of NF-Board is to make it possible any football team to be able to be expressed on the ground without requiring the green light or the assistance of the FIFA. It is defined itself as the anteroom of FIFA and not as a concurrent federation. One of the original intentions of NF-Board is to see with more or less long run its members entering with the FIFA.
