NETciiTii is a whole of Web sites of free expression - the ciiTiis - which are lodged independently from/to each other but are presented on the Web in the form of a single site: NETciiTii .
This site fits in the project CRISTALE . With the manner of freenet which distributes various resources lodged on different personal computers to guarantee an independence of this multiple lodging, NETciiTii distributes a site with appearance and single operation, between several lodged sites independently one of the other among various unspecified shelterers by webmasters independent from/to each other.
the objective of NETciiTii is of:
- To develop the free expression on the Web by activating a Synergy energies of Net surfers wanting to contribute to his development, side webmaster by not yielding anything of their autonomy, side Net surfer by privileging the ideological debate itself rather than the personalization of the places of debates.

to release itself from the pressure of each shelterer individually so as to prevent a too great precariousness in personal lodgings.

To prevent a too easy individual muselage webmasters which defend the “free expression with minimal censure” (under democratic control), by apportioning the responsibility for edition between several webmasters which however remains independent.
