NCSM Quebec

The Center of instruction of summer of the juniors by Navy NCSM QUEBEC is a center of instruction/camp of summer for the Cadets by the Canadian Navy royal which are found in the town of Bécancour, Quebec. It is named after the old Canadian warship, the NCSM QUEBEC.

It is one of the five centers of instruction of summer for the juniors by the Marine to the Canada and includes in particular:

the CIÉCM NCSM Quadra - Colombia-British;
the CIÉCM NCSM Ontario - Ontario;
the CIÉCM NCSM Quebec - Quebec;
the CIÉCM NCSM Acadia - Nova Scotia;
the CIÉCM NCSM Avalon - Newfoundland.

It offers the following courses to the juniors by the Navy:

general Instruction two weeks;
Group of trade of level 1,2 and 3 Gunner;
Group of trade of level 1,2 and 3 Skilful;
Group of trade of level 1,2 and 3 veil;
Group of trade of level 2 Music;
Carpenter of marine.

History

The camp of summer of the juniors by the Navy, the NCSM QUEBEC, was born in the town of Farnham in 1976. It was founded by Ordering it Émilien Paradis which hidden its dream forever to see being born in ground Québécois an estival camp which would offer to the Cadets and with the juniors Francophones by the Navy an adequate training in their source language. The NCSM QUEBEC is still today the only center of French-speaking instruction to the Canada for the juniors by the Navy.

Since 1981, it is located in edge of the Fleuve the St. Lawrence in the sector of Holy-Angele-of-Laval of the town of Bécancour, on southern bank, opposite Three-Rivers. The NCSM QUEBEC offers to the young people the occasion to raise of the challenges. The whole is planned and framed by some hundred civil Officiers, instructors and Militaires of the row, just as by nearly 120 Junior-frameworks.
