Névian
Névian is a common French, located in the department of the Aude and the area Languedoc-Roussillon. Its inhabitants is called Névianais.
Geography
Névian is located in the south-east of the Département of the Aude at 11 km of Narbonne and at 12 km of Lézignan-Corbières.

Névian undoubtedly has a Gallo-Roman origin. Certain very old documents refer to a " castrum of liviano".
Economy
Névian draws its main incomes from the Viticulture. Starting from Type of vine S like the Carignan, the Merlot, the Syrah, the Grenache, the co-operative produces red and white wines. Since 2005, the company " VINO" LOUSE; , domiciled in the co-operative, product and sells fizzy drinks containing Vin and of water as well as sodas without alcohol containing juice of Raisin.In February 2003, the Company of the Winds installs a park of 21 wind S, which brings an additional income to the commune.
