Néroli

The oil of Néroli' is an essential oil of plant whose odor is similar to the Bergamote produced starting from the flower of Bigaradier Citrus aurantium VAr. or Bigaradia will amara.

The flowers are gathered, generally with the hand, at the end of April at the beginning of May. Oil is produced by Distillation with water because the flower is too fragile to support a distillation with the vapor.
