The benign nævus , more commonly called not or beauty spot , is a small spot of generally circular or oval form, located on the Peau. It consists of cluster of cells mélanocytaires located in theory in the basal layer of the skin (more rarely in the Derme), which give him its more or less brown color. The beauty spots appear at the Man during the twenties to the first thirty years of its life, and can evolve/move during time (form, color, texture). Some are likely to evolve/move in Mélanome; in addition, the melanomists typically present at the beginning an aspect similar to that of a beauty spot.
Nevus (gold naevus ) has general term that refers to off has number different, usually benign, pigmented lesions off the skin. Most Birthmark S and moles fall into the category off nevi.

- the epidermis (Junctional nevus),
- in the epidermis and Dermis (Compound nevus),
- gold only in the dermis (Intradermal nevus). Intradermal melanocytic nevus - has Benign tumor in which the tumor concealments form nests in the dermis, are regular and round, to their concealments having has central individual nucleus and Nucleolus. Summon melanocytes may present Melanin pigment in the cytoplasm (dark-brown, granular).
- Dysplastic nevus
- Blue nevus
- Blue Rubber Bleb Nevus Syndrome
- Nevus flammeus (Port-wine stain)
Congenital giant naevus
Rare anomaly of the process of Embryogenesis, the giant naevus Congénital consists of a cutaneous zone where the mélanocytes are concentrated, which can exceed in the cases the sand-gravel mixxest 80% of the surface of the skin; it is often accompanied by multiple beauty spots of small size. Except for some rare cases, it does not decrease in proportion during the growth of the child and often covers hairs. Except the esthetic problem, there exists an increased risk to develop a melanomist. The treatment by Greffe of skin is recommended as of the first months of the birth.Nævus de Becker
The nævus of Becker, mélanose of Becker or harmatome of Becker, not very frequent, is a more or less pigmented spot, but typically clearer than an ordinary beauty spot, which appears with puberty or adolescence consecutively with a traumatic exposure to the sun during childhood on a predisposed ground (abnormal cellular distribution during embryogenesis). After one or two years, the zone reached, which can take a great extension, covers hairs. The increase in the Testosterone playing a release part, the men are five times more touched than the women. Contrary to the beauty spots and the congenital giant naevus, the spot does not consist of a cluster of mélanocytes and more risk of cancerous evolution does not present than a normal skin, the disadvantage being primarily esthetic. Its name comes from the American doctor who discovered this pathology, Samuel BECKER born in 1929 in Indianapolis. The first listed case was in 1948.References
