Arvigna is a common French, located in the department of the Ariège and the area the Midday-Pyrenees. Its inhabitants is called Arvignanais and Arvignanaises.

Geography

Of a surface of 860 hectares, the commune of Arvigna is located at the extreme south-east of the canton of Pamiers and thus forms part administratively of the canton of Pamiers - Is.

The commune does not have a principal center; it is disseminated in five hamlets (Languishes, Menet, Roubichou, Border Them, Minguet) which surround the municipal buildings and the school. The church is with the variation, on the slope.

Located at approximately 290 m of altitude, it is crossed in its lowest part by the river Douctouyre.
