Synopsis

The series puts in scene Gisele Villard, an idle young woman living on Ciress, a world or the magic is queen and evoking idealized France.

Following the affixing of the mark of the Sigil on its arm, it will become the receptacle of the spirits that the Masters of the 7 magic guilds are transmitted which direct planet. It will have to face the anger of the legitimate agents of the spirits, with the number of which his/her sister.

With the assistance of Skink, an animal which is in fact the envoy of the powers at the origin of its mark, it will have to manage its new magic power, which makes of it the protective one of its planet, and to face the arrival of new characters in his life, with the number of which First.

Number 5 of CrossGen Chronicles (Ron Marz/George Perez) tells how the magic guilds, which were 8 at the time, overcame Animora, a First banished and how on this occasion the spirits of their chiefs became immortal.

Publications

Numbers 1 to 12 of the series were translated into France by Semic in numbers 1 to 6 of the review of the same name then numbers 13 to 22 in the 10 numbers of the review Crossgen Special .
