Testimony
- "Small of size, not pretty but attracting, sharp and effective, it had the charm of the intelligence with, in the glance, a merry flame and in the smile, like a reflection of its pleasure of living. A long time it kept them, until the moment when the circumstances of the life led it to despair. It was proud and voluntary, but optimistic and generous. (...) Always sincere, its life was a swirl of enthusiasms which were erased the ones the others. Sometimes the projects which it had seemed to give up reappeared. Emerged of the bottom of itself, it stuck to it suddenly with a great rigor. (...) It had devoted to the Gallery the every day of its life. With passion and without respite, it had not ceased fighting to defend in the world the artists whom it loved. It had gained there honors, it left its existence." there;
