Myrdal
The Gare of Myrdal is located on the Bergensbanen , line of the company of the railroads Norwegian (NSB) in the Municipalité of Aurland, and connecting the town of Oslo to that of Bergen. The station is located at the end of the branch Flåmsbana and the majority of the momentary passing by this station changes Train there. There is no road connection until Myrdal although there is always some firm S and Hôtel S in the vicinity. So the ways by the train become more than necessary, and walk parks it, in a general way, rather well.
This one, is in addition located between two Tunnel S on the Bergensbanen , the tunnel of Gravahals to the western, and the tunnel of Vatnahals to the is. The 5.3 km length completion of the Gravahals took place in 1905. The station is finally to 867 m above the Sea level.
