Myometer

the myometer is the musculeuse layer interns uterine wall. It is composed of three layers (of the interior outside):
- the myometer subendométrial or Stratum subvasculare is primarily made up of circular muscle fibers which move towards the Trompe S,
- the average layer or Stratum vasculare represents the principal body of the myometer and consists of three short beams laid out tridimensionnellement.
- the external layer or Stratum supravasculare consists of muscle fibers parallel with the axis of the uterus.
After the Ovulation, if there were not Fécondation, the myometer contracts to give off the remains of the Ovocyte II degenerated. During the Childbirth, the two external layers contract to expel the baby.
The contractions are inhibited by strong concentration of Progestérone.
