Myocardic Ischaemia
Unbalance between the needs for the oxygen heart and the contribution resulting from coronary blood circulation.
There are 2 types:
-
reduction in the flow in the coronary arteries (which surround the heart), and thus in the blood contribution = primary ischaemia
- increase in the needs for the secondary oxygen heart = ischaemia
