Myleus schomburgkii

The Myleus schomburgkii is a fish of a size from 12 to 15 cm.

It is originating in the basin of the the Amazon (average and low), the top of the basin of the Orénoque and of the Rio Apure with the Venezuela, of the Rio Xingu, the Rio Negro and the Rio Araguaia with the Brésil.

Its common nouns are Pacu cadete , Pacu ferrado and Pacu jumento in Brazil.

It is a silver plated fish, in the shape of disc, barred of a black line on the side. He lives in bench and needs space and current. He is herbivorous.
