My friend max is a French and Quebec film carried out by Michel Brault in 1994.

Synopsis

This film is the search of a mother for her son, a friend of childhood for her childhood and its friend. But it is also the major desire to try to finally find a feeling of peace to face the perhaps inevitable vacuum which is likely to again invade the life of max and Catherine.
