My bed of roses is a Belgian film directed by Alain Berliner and produced by Carole Scotta in 1997.

Synopsis

This fim evokes the topic of the difference and the sexual Genre through the history of Ludovic, a seven year old small boy persuaded to be a little girl. Ludovic leaves in daydreams where its headstock WFP very takes along it in a world idealized to esthetics Kitsch.

At the time of the birthday of a neighbor of its age, it makes scandal by adorning the dress of the late sister of the little girl. His/her parents, who cannot minimize his conviction any more, badly accept his difference under the glances of the neighbors in the smart allotment where they settled.

The title of film refers to the song of Edith Piaf the Bed of roses . The song of the credits, Rose , is composed by Dominique Dalcan and is interpreted by Zazie.
