The mutiny of Corkbush Field (or mutiny of Corkbush Field rendezvous ) is a Mutinerie of the New Model Army which took place the November 17th 1647, with Corkbush Field, close to Ware, towards the beginning of the Second English civil war. The soldiers had received the order to sign a declaration of honesty towards Thomas Fairfax, the commendant-in-chief of the army, like towards the Army Council . They refused to do that and one of the mutineers chiefs, Richard Arnold, is carried out.
