Music tadjike

The music tadjike is that practiced by the people persanophone of the Tadjikistan. The erudite Music and art to interpret the Maqôm S is very close to the practice turco-Iranian woman. She has also the strong ones parentées with the Musique ouzbèke and the Musique ouïghoure, all close relations. Its hearth seems to be concentrated with the Badakhshan where a particular kind, the Falak, meets.

Erudite music

The shash or the tchahôr Maqôm, although traditional and scholars, remained only regional elements with the very limited diffusion. They include the maqôms according to: Buzruk - Dugôh - Irôq - Navô - Rôst - Segôh and Bayôt - Tchahôrgôh - Dugôh-Husayni - Gulyôr-Shahnôz. They are the same ones as those of the Ouzbékistan.

Folk music

The kuheshtôni practiced by the bards hôfiz is the most widespread form.
