Museum of the Folklore and the Mons Life - House Jean Lescarts
The Museum of the Folklore and the Mons Life or Maison Jean Lescarts (of the name of old a burgomaster deceased in 1925) is a Belgian museum , located at Mons.
Its buildings are located in the old infirmary of the Couvent of the Congrégation of the girls of Notre-Dame (1636). The building were renovated in 1988.
The museum shelters collections in connection with the Folklore Mons, with in particular of the objects relating to the combat says Lumeçon and to the procession of because of gold.
