Murjism
The murjism (Arab: المرجئة) ( Murji' ah ) is a Madhhab appeared early in the Islam; the followers of this school antilitteralist are known under the name of Murjites or Murji' ites (Arab: المرجئون). This disappeared school, today, is regarded as irreligious person by the whole of the Madhhab S.
Currents
One can separate this school of thought in two groups:- Jahmites (thought jahmiyya ) having for founder Jahm bnou Safwân
- Murjites fouqahâ (jurisprudential), movement initiated by Al-Nu' man Bin Thabit of the area of Koufah.
Theology
While making use of verse of Coran, Murjurites call upon the idea of the " shifted judgment. Only God can judge, and will judge the day of the last judgment, which is truth and the forgery in Islam and nobody can judge that another is inaccurate. For them the free will is limited i.e. the man is in constrained party with his acts. The faith is enough to save the fishermen of the Enfer, the faith being more important than the acts, than what the circumstances bring to live.Jahm Ibn Safwân, died in 746, and the jahmiyya showed the literalistic traditionnists to be anthropomorphists. Jahm Ibn Safwân denied any resemblance between God and the man to preserve the absolute Transcendance of Allâh.
History
This theological school was born from the need, on the one hand, to absorb the various ones and new cultures on which Islam developed after the Moslem conquests and on the other hand of the opposition to the school Kharijite in particular on the relative questions with the sins and the Vérité.This Théologie encouraged the tolerance of the Omeyyades and the new converts who seemed half-converted. As this school will serve has to make emerge the orthodoxe positions of the Sunnisme.
Murjites ran up against the Sunnites traditionalists when they declared that no Moslem, that no Christian, Jew or even member of another religion would enter in Enfer, whatever the blackness of his sins if he believed sincerely in a God. Murjites are thus regarded as " Ahlul Bidah " by the Acharisme and the Maturidisme.
