Multimode Platform
In the field of the Goods transport, the multimode platform indicates the place where the goods change means of transport. In the passenger transport the equivalent is the Pôle of exchanges. A multimode platform must ensure under the best conditions the intermodal Transport and the Transport combined of the goods.
