A mufti is a Moslem monk sunnite which is a interprets Moslem law; it with the authority to emit legal Opinions , called Fatwa S.

The mufti is an expert of the Moslem Religion which is consulted by the private individuals as by the Organes Officiels to know the position exact to be adopted, on the cultural Aspect , legal or political, in order to be in conformity with the Moslem Religion. Its opinion bears the name of fatwa.
