Mucc

MUCC (ムック) (to be pronounced with the Japanese woman (i.e. muk') is a group of Rock Japanese creates in 1997. Composed of Tatsurô (song), Miya (guitar), SATOchi (battery) and YUKKE (low). The group plays in a rather dark register, mixing sounds Jazzy and Neo-metal with also some influences Punk. Raising at the origin a style known as Angura kei, the group with evolved/moved much and develops a sound a little more " clean" that their beginning has; so they moved away progressively from the Visual kei, preferring to be worried mainly on their music. It will be noticed besides that they change vestimentary style at each exit of individual. The words written at the same time by Tatsurô and Miya (enough seldom by SATOchi ), reflect the mentality of the group, at the same time good child and violent one with often sad words, sometimes complex following the example pieces like Kokuen or Uso of yugami shinzou . Into live, one discovers a enjoué group, which is given thoroughly on each song. They affectionnent as much the their old songs and their more recent in order to also satisfy the fans of the first hour. It is a charismatic group, which does not take the famous person. Indeed, the members remain modest and very close to their public.

Members

Singer: Tatsurô : is the singer of the group, it has a manner of singing really single and gives a real dimension to the group through a very emotive song (an example could be the song " Zutazuta "), sometimes insupportable so much it overflows of melancholy, rage and despair. For these last years Tatsurô has tended to adopt a voice a little clearer and soft, however its songs are always as fascinating as before. Contrary to its rather dark appearance (long hair, black, extravagant dark make-up and a face with simiesque tendency on some of its expressions), it is of a merry naturalness, always prompt with blaguer (even if some as of its jokes are rather of bad taste). Into live, it is true ball nerves, which enjoys to jump in all the directions with jumps which point out those of a frog (one can quote their live with Loco (Paris), one will remember its jumps there!) and is very close to the public.
Guitar and chorus: Miya : is the leader and the guitarist of the group. He is the only guitarist although certain compositions of the group integrate two guitars . He writes the words in collaboration with Tatsurô , those are often sad (Miya is certainly marked by the suicide of his/her father whereas he was only 7 years old). He can also play of low and of the battery, he also sings on some of the songs and makes the chorus on others (that is distinguished besides very clearly into live).
Low: YUKKE : it integrates the group only after the departure of Hiro, whereas he was the cameraman. YUKKE is characterized by a cut with the bowl (however that Ci is less flashy that at the beginning of the group) the made-to-order of the English schoolboys (one will remember besides a certain image showing it disguised as a Japanese schoolgirl, the fair hair platinums with feather beds). It has a rather air play, being balanced often from left to right in concert. He always plays on the low ones with 5 cords and often with the fingers. He makes the pair with Tatsurô , the two “jokers” of the group.
Battery: Satochi : Of rather sporting nature, it practiced a long time swimming, and is impassioned of surfing, sport about which it often speaks. One knows little thing of him, if not that he is somebody of rather discrete, contrary to Tatsurô or YUKKE .
