Mrs Soleil , of her true name German Sun , was a Astrologue French born the July 18th 1913 with Paris and deceased the October 27th 1996 with Paris.

It was made known in the society men mediums after having opened a cabinet of astrology where it predicted the future with politicians and other personalities. The French president Georges Pompidou will refer even there while answering a journalist at the time of a press conference “ I am not Mrs Soleil! ”. The expression became popular thereafter.
